The World Curling Congress 2026 delegate portal is operated by the Slovak Curling Association on behalf of the Organising Team. For any question about your personal data, contact Ján Horáček at horacek@curling.sk.
The only personal data we collect on this website is the full name and email address you provide when signing up for the optional Červený Kameň Castle tour. No account, password, or payment information is collected on this site.
We use your name and email solely to organise the optional Sunday castle tour and to contact you about it (confirmation, meeting point, changes). We do not use it for marketing and we do not share it with third parties.
Processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the tour sign-up form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing the organiser.
Sign-ups are stored in the congress backend database. Access is restricted to the organiser (Ján Horáček). Data will be deleted after the congress ends (September 2026), or earlier upon request.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email horacek@curling.sk.
This website itself does not use analytics or advertising cookies. However, it embeds Google Maps (for venue and tour routes) and a YouTube video in the hero section. Both are provided by Google and may set their own cookies when those elements load. Their use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
A small preference cookie / localStorage entry is stored in your browser to remember your cookie banner choice. No further tracking is performed by this site.
Beyond the Google Maps and YouTube embeds described above, we do not share your data with any third party.
